I have a renno which requires (by engineer spec) a new ground grid and new Tx. The new secondaries pass through a pull box before the main disconnect. Is it allowable to run the new system ground conductor through a feeder conduit from the CDP to the pull box, and then on to the grid in it's own conduit? (conduit fill is not an problem)

I'm not sure what to tell you on this one, I think it's going to be the inspectors call.
Rule 10-806 covers system grounding conductor installation.
Subrule 5 implies that the grounding conductor can be "in the same raceway with other conductors of the system to which it is connected".
However, Subrule 4 states that if the raceway is metal, it would have to be "continuous".
It appears that you could do what you proposed if the conduit is PVC.
Good luck,
Ed
